Hypertension is defined as a condition of increase in blood pressure. It is also a name for high blood pressure. The normal blood pressure of a human being is 120/80 mm of Hg. Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the blood against the walls of the blood vessels such as arteries. The main cause of hypertension is the sedentary lifestyle, stress, overweight ,smoking and being alcoholic. A person who is having alcohol regularly can have kidney diseases and in turn this increases the blood pressure as the blood filters out waste substances with more pressure and in turn this effects the heart pumping . Hypertension can leads to severe health complications such as stroke, risks
